Andy Zoutewelle is a professional land surveyor in Charlotte and is the president of A.G. Zoutewelle Surveyors. His surveying practice is focused on boundary, development and construction surveys of urban and suburban commercial, institutional, office, industrial, residential and mixed-use properties plus public infrastructure and open space. He has performed more than 25,000 surveys. In addition, he consults on special boundary problems and disputes, including serving in expert witness capacities.
